This battery system features a 400mm reduction in height, a lower center of gravity, and an extended range, and its volume energy density is increased by 25%, achieving the industry's peak. All of these enable enhanced cornering capability and improved cargo transportation capability.
The industry's pioneering centralized thermal management architecture ensures stable and secure operation with an operating temperature of ≤6℃ under all working conditions, including extreme cold (-35 °C) and summer heat (up to 60 °C), making the Qiyuan magic box a reliable choice throughout the entire process.
The industry's first three-dimensional PACK IP68 protection is achieved through a unique cage frame structure made of high-strength 6 series aluminum alloy. This lightweight and corrosion-resistant material not only provides exceptional strength but also ensures strong scalability, meeting the stringent requirements of GB31467.3. As a result, it offers the utmost safety for battery protection.
The Qiyuan Magic Box CTB400 battery system boasts a continuous charging capacity of 500A, with peak discharge power reaching up to 800A@60S and a continuous discharge capacity of 300kW, effectively enabling more loading & faster opertion and maximizing profitability. Additionally, it is compatible with high-power V2G discharge function for versatile application scenarios.
The product is compatible with approximately 84% of the market, encompassing over 600 electric heavy truck models announced. It can benefit from adaptive high-speed replenishment of up to 500A at nearly 1,000 charging and battery swapping stations nationwide. With just one button, the high-operation 400kWh battery can be swapped in a mere 3-5 minutes, enabling quick recharging and swappiing for efficient product line expansion.
