The EnergyCube battery system is a CTB solution independently developed by Qiyuan Green Power for construction machines. Consisting of a battery module of high-energy density, a pack specially designed for construction machines, a vertical thermal management system and an integrated high-voltage junction box, it boasts advantages such as high modularity, efficient heat management, high reliability, and vehicle-storage integration.
This battery system features a standard module that's interchangeable with those in commercial vehicles, cutting manufacturing costs; If left unused or decommissioned, the battery system can be repurposed as an industrial and commercial energy storage system or a mobile energy storage system, enhancing its economic value over its lifecycle.
This battery system is designed around the battery and housing integration concept, and equipped with long-life cells, ensuring a lifespan of 50% longer and also an enhanced durability.
The centralized thermal management solution, coupled with the innovative vertical water chiller allows the battery system to operate at a temperature ranging from -35℃ to 65℃. The first-of-its-kind dual-cycle rigid liquid cooling plates significantly enhance the cooling capacity by 20%
The integrated design of the battery system reduces the use of harnesses and pipelines by 80% and the connection points by 70%, enabling an greatly improved operation stability, an assembly time of 60% less, and easier maintenance.
